Angelina Eynon

Angelina is a facilitator, executive coach and writer with 20 years experience with public, private and not-for-profit organisations in Australia & the United Kingdom. Her early career was in change management and communications consulting working in the finance sector, and more recently for a leading international management consultancy. This laid the foundations for her own business using strengths-based and appreciative inquiry approaches to help individuals and groups become more resilient, resourceful and effective in their careers and their lives.

Angelina served on an Advisory Board for a private consultancy firm and has been instrumental in designing Career Resilience Programs, with an emphasis on executive women. She has worked with tools from Positive Psychology since 2003 and was one the first Australians accredited in strengths tool, Realise2 from the Centre for Applied Positive Psychology in the UK. She enjoys bridging the gaps between the academic theory and practical applications for people professionally and personally. Towards this end, she has run Strengths, Optimism and Resilience programs for many clients.
