Deborah Killian

Deborah is an experienced change management practitioner, consultant and coach, delivering results and positive, sustainable change. Deborah’s capability spans a number of industries including insurance, finance, banking and retail.

Starting her career as a frontline manager in retail, Deborah led teams and was personally responsible for bringing about cultural change that positively shifted employee morale and business performance.

Deborah has a Master of Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) with a strong Human Resources and Change Management focus. An experienced workplace trainer and assessor, Deborah’s portfolio displays diversity including a range of projects across HR, strategy, communication, learning and development and facilitation.

Drawing on her Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Change management experience, Deborah seeks to help clients manage ambiguity and navigate complex scenarios in a practical and straightforward manner.

With a demeanor that readily puts her clients at ease, Deborah is able to build new relationships across stakeholder groups to deliver personal and organisational change.
