Dr Lydia Ievleva

Lydia is a highly qualified and experienced coach/psychologist and catalyst, who draws upon progressive coaching, performance and positive psychology applications to mobilise inner mental resources towards achieving full potential in work, life, and play.

Her approach is solution focussed and strengths oriented.   Lydia believes it’s not about shrinking problems, but about stretching capacity for optimal health, wellbeing and success.  She helps clients to recognise and capitalise on their personal assets and strengths to propel them forward.  This often requires looking back to pull out patterns for review and renewal to function in a more optimal way, by drawing out one’s best, and rectifying the rest. Most weaknesses, however, are merely a reflection of strengths out of control.  Understanding and utilising this information enables progress forward with greater efficiency.

Lydia recognises that growth and development frequently involves (resistance to) change – that can be both painful and difficult to face.  With her warm and engaging style, Lydia has been highly successful in facilitating change in clients, by identifying a clear path forward; as well as establishing strategies for overcoming obstacles.
