Toni is a highly perceptive, experienced executive coach who specialises in Leadership Coaching, Career Coaching and Board of Director Coaching and Facilitation. Toni has a unique coaching style with a special talent for honing in on what her clients really need. She is open and honest, highly intuitive and objective. She incorporates some of the latest and most powerful coaching techniques in the field, including Solution-Focused Coaching, Systems Thinking and Evidence-Based Coaching.
With over 4000 hours coaching individuals and facilitating groups in the Finance, FMCG, Health, and Pharmaceutical industries, her breadth of industry experience enables a rapid understanding of a myriad of coaching and strategic issues.
Having worked both full-time and contract in corporate, small to medium and start-up businesses gives her the ability to relate to business professionals in any sized company. She is currently Director of 3 companies. Toni has also served on a number of coaching industry boards and has published her research in leading coaching journals.
