Sera Nelson

Sera Nelson heads Channel Executive Coaching.  Sera is a highly experienced, executive coach, facilitator and an outstanding organisational development practitioner. She is passionate about facilitating behavioural change through established and proven leadership and development practices.

Her engaging and pragmatic style enables opportunities and insights for effective judgment and creating the catalyst for change. Her organisational and business experience is a powerful combination in accelerating the performance of individuals and teams within organisations. Sera is a member of Standards Australia Coaching Guidelines committee and continues to serve on committees working with leading academics, professional coaching associations and coach providers to guide the practice and professionalisation of coaching in Australia.

Sera has held leadership roles in Finance, Insurance, FMCG (Fast moving Consumer Goods), Government, Education and the Professional Services industries. She has managed and lead large teams and been responsible for some complex projects including the implementation of organisational wide technology systems and launching a new food product into Russia with Kellogg’s.
