Christine McLoughlin has over 20 years executive experience in leading Australian businesses with iconic brands . Christine’s career spans the financial services , telecommunications and professional services industries in Australia, the UK and Asia.

Christine’s key roles as a member of the CEO’s leadership team in major Australian public companies (AMP Ltd and IAG Ltd ) have included accountability for strategy, human resources , communications, general counsel, governance frameworks, risk management  and government affairs.

Christine has worked in start up, crisis and turnaround situations. At AMP Christine led the demerger of the Australian and UK operations.  Christine was legal Counsel at Optus during the deregulation of the Australian telecommunications industry and started her career as a Mergers & Acquisitions Lawyer at Allens in Sydney and in London.

Christine has a track record of developing strategic business frameworks, which deliver greater efficiency and consistency of performance. Christine specialises in evaluating the effectiveness of human resources strategy and organisational capability to enable delivery of business strategies.

Christine is also involved in the social enterprise sector and is a Director of The Smith Family and the AMP Foundation. Christine is a Council Member of Chief Executive Women (CEW) and a Company Director of the Victorian TAC (Transport Accident Commission ) and ANSTO (Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation ).
