David has an extensive background in communication, strategy and the law. He commenced his professional life as a lawyer, working with leading law firms in Australia and London, and has acted as an adviser to directors and senior executives for almost 20 years. David worked as an executive in a number of senior roles at the Australian Securities Exchange, including as head of Corporate Affairs and in the strategy group. He was a key member of the Chairman’s taskforce who transformed ASX through its demutualisation and listing.
