With over twenty years of executive experience, Adam has led individuals and teams from a wide range of cultures to world-class performances. Adam has held senior executive positions at Standard Chartered, ANZ and Macquarie Bank and has been based in Australia, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom.

Throughout his career Adam has been passionate about values- based leadership and facilitating the success of others. Given the demands of organisational life, Adam emphasises the importance of resilience as the foundation of sustained high performance.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Degree with Honours) from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment. He is a member of the University of Sydney Coaching and Mentoring Alumni (USCMA) and holds a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology at the University of Sydney.

Adam is a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and is currently engaged with three not-for-profit organisations.
