He has worked with a number of major Australian and International firms, facilitating strategic planning, advising on major bids as well as developing and coaching senior executives in high-stakes communication.
With over twenty years of executive experience, Adam has led individuals and teams from a wide range of cultures to world-class performances. Adam has held senior executive positions at Standard Chartered, ANZ and Macquarie Bank and has been based in Australia, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom.
Throughout his career Adam has been passionate about values- based leadership and facilitating the success of others. Given the demands of organisational life, Adam emphasises the importance of resilience as the foundation of sustained high performance.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Degree with Honours) from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment. He is a member of the University of Sydney Coaching and Mentoring Alumni (USCMA) and holds a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology at the University of Sydney.

He has strong and demonstrated capabilities in complex B2B sales in industries including financial services, insurance, healthcare and IT and Telecoms in Australia, Asia and Europe.
He has a unique blend of human resource, change management, learning and development, executive coaching and rigourous commercial execution skills that have enabled him to consistently deliver significant breakthroughs in sales effectiveness and sales performance at both the sales executive and sales leadership level.

Melanie is a Senior Coach at Channel. She brings diverse and extensive experience to this role including that gained in both operational and human resources roles.
Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New South Wales, a graduate diploma in Tourism Management from the University of Technology and a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources as well as a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney.
